What lifts can you do in Kettlebell Sport?
Kettlebell lifting is for everyone, but you will have to choose which lift you prefer to train and compete with, and if you want to use one kettlebell or two.
Jerk
Can be performed with one Kettlebell or two
Snatch
(Or Half Snatch) Can be performed with one Kettlebell or two
Long Cycle
Can be performed with one Kettlebell or two
Once you have chosen your preferred lift, you will have to select how long you want to aim and train to compete for. That’s the tough part!

Half Marathon
60 mins
Full Marathon
I’ve only been training for 3 years, and competing for 2 years, and am absolutely hooked on this sport, especially the 30-minute lifts.

We have two coaches that head the community and have over 10 years combined experience in Kettlebell sport and Fitness training industry experience.
Training Plans
As a beginner, you get an 8-week starter program. After that, you can access advanced programs custom-made for your needs and training requirements.
Supportive Community
We have members from all walks of life. Have experience all sorts of trials and tribulations. You won’t be alone as we teach you the art and fun of Kettlebell sport.
